- Plan & conceptualize the creative content in our social media platform
- Plans concept by studying different competitors & what the market wants
- Be aware of the latest social media craze & trends
- Creates different creative graphics & multimedia needs for both external & internal purposes
- Directly reports to recruitment assistant manager for all creative purposes
- In charge of below the line marketing initiatives
- Main POC for all social media concerns when it comes to responding to all queries & making sure for those channels to be managed
- Performance will be based on postings reach, likes, shares, reactions and also not limited to those but also the effect it has on recruitment from a marketing/ branding perspective
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a college graduate of either Multimedia arts or any related course
- At least 6 months or 1-year work related experience
- Must be tech savvy and updated with the latest social media trends
