Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Attends to emergency Medical/ Accident cases of employees.
- Provides nursing assistance to the President and other employees.
- Assists the Company Physician during clinical schedules.
- Coordinates with other departments regarding the schedule of the Company.
- Maintains a complete medical record of employee/patients and records of accidents.
- Processes purchase of medicines and first aid kit.
- Coordinates with Finance Division for the Time Record of the Company Physician.
- Posts Health News and do Health Teaching to their certain diseases/illness.
Other functions:
- Telephone Operator- Records outgoing NDD or IDD calls from employees.
- Premises ocular inspection- Inspects hallways in good clean and sanitary condition.
- Employees Government Requirements- Process of SSS, TIN, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth of employees.
- Monitor time cards and post entries in the Daily Time Record for Filway as well as daily and monthly paid employees.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of experience in the field.
- Preferably has experienced in timekeeping.
- Preferably male.
- Passed the licensure examination for Nursing.
- Detail oriented.
