Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Communicates and negotiates with the agent / suppliers queries for existing and / or new products as required by the Corporate Sales group
- Prepares all importation requests as per confirmed Order Sheet for approval by higher management and eventual processing with the respective departments
- Monitors and follow-up all incoming order shipments with the agent / suppliers and the purchasing department with regards to consolidation of priority orders expected arrival at port of destination and to final destination
- Prepares all importation summaries and other pertinent data with respect to incoming orders
- Prepares advisory information sheets / flyers for posting to all concerned of incoming shipments as to expected arrival at warehouse, quantities, and other pertinent details.
- Updates costs of regular SKUs / Raw material every two (2) months or whenever market conditions change due to foreing currency movements, raw material price increases (or decreases), and / or other imported related factors
- Regularly inquires with the agent / suppliers regarding new trends / new products for possible product offering
- Gathers information with respect to trends with regards to materials such as fabric, colors, design, styles, functions and features per target market /industry.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be graduate of any business related courses
- With 6 months work experience in the related field
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
