Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for generating sales and achieve a 100% sales target.
- Prepare weekly call plan and daily sales itinerary.
- Conducts customer visit as per planned schedule.
- Coordinate directly with the prospective client by submitting letters of interest, brochures, quotations, accreditation documents, etc.,
- Prepares bidding presentations for clients in coordination with the Design Department.
- Prepare Weekly Sales Reports on actual sales vs. sales targets, list of prospective clients and collection.
- Saturate new buildings, industrial parks and major business areas for new clients.
- Coordinates with Sales Administration, Manufacturing and WD & D in terms of availability of the goods for delivery.
- Conducts after sales service calls to clients after delivery/installation.
- Follow - up on the collection of sales per due date.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of BS Architecture, Industrial Design, Marketing or business related course
- Preferably, with two (2) years corporate sales experience on office systems
- With good communication skills as well as possesses convincing and negotiation skills
- Must be willing to render extended working hours whenever necessary
- Dynamic, self - starter, motivated and results oriented
- Punctual, highly - organized with keen eye for details
- Hardworking and is willing to travel
- Must be honest, dedicated and people oriented
- Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches Q.C. (near Mindanao Avenue)
