Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conduct regular reviews of production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
- Constantly figure out how to manufacture our products and deliver them with maximum efficiency.
- Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.
- Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems and minimize costs.
- Work hand-in-hand with Research and Development Department to develop quality standards for design and production.
- Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Confer with sales agents about product specifications, vendors about purchases, top management about manufacturing capabilities, and staff about the development of projects.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any related allied courses.
- Minimum of three (3) years work experience as Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches Q.C. (near Mindanao Avenue).
- Preferably male.
