- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to high-level officials in the company.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
- Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, in order to aid executives.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
- Handle highly confidential documents, protect the company's confidential information, communication and information management, managing office supplies, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and events and negotiating with clients.

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Proven experience as Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
- Computer Literate (Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel and Word)
- Excellent time management skills, with positive disposition and can handle pressure.
- Outstanding communication skills and negotiation abilities; above average verbal and writtend communications skills, strong decision making skills and attention to details
- Must exceedingly well organized, flexibe and high ability to interact with people at all levels..

Two sisters gave birth to Classique Ideas Interior Designs, Inc in early 1990's. Maybe it was woman's intuition or just pure business acumen, they opted to start in trading high-end finishing construction materials to familiarize themselves with the rough waters of this enterprise. After acquiring enough exposure from architects, engineers, contractors and various technical men in the business, they dived into deeper water of contracting.
