Production Supervisor  

• Manage bakery production processes to meet output requirements.
• Effectively lead plant personnel for desired effectivity.
• Perform systematic oversight of materials, personnel, machinery, and processes.
• Plan production work and troubleshoot effectively.
• Be responsible for communicating with other Department Heads.

Duties of a Production Supervisor

• Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• At least Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
• Preferably a Supervisor with at least 2-years of experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or its equivalent.
• Proven effectiveness in maintaining quality standards for productions lines
• Background in Baking and/or Food process/manufacturing.
• Preferably led a team of at least 10 in production or plant concern.
• Technical credentials in baking, quality control and other relevant discipline is an advantage.
