- Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.
- Ensure logistical resources are optimized to demand.
- Effectively implements handling standards for sensitive (food/ highly perishable) cargo.
- Does a statistical analysis of supply and distribution metrics to ensure optimal operations.
- Meets cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Maintains metrics, and analyzes data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/ Transportation, Business Studies, Commerce or equivalent.
- 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably, Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Intermediate knowledge of trucking maintenance and troubleshooting
- Advanced managerial knowledge of drivers and/or logistical staff
- Availability for work during Night Operations & Peak Days
- Must have actually managed at least ten (10) logistical or field workforce
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Cindy's Bakery & Restaurant has been in operations since 1972. First established in Tarlac City, the company branched out to other cities in Pampanga, Pangasinan, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Cagayan Valley and Benguet. There are over 100 branches and dealerships to date.
