Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Plan and direct installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of ovens and misc baking equipment.
- Supervise, formulate, administer, and coordinate engineering projects, policies, processes, methods, and procedures designed to improve operating performance, reduce waste, and delays.
- Ensure staff undertake their duties in compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
- Report to Manufacturing Director and ensure that the necessary resources are allocated to meet departmental requirements and standards to maintain excellent levels of mfg. output.
- Provide technical expertise or support related to Manufacturing/Production.
- Design, install or troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
- Apply continuous impovement's methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or costeffectiveness.
- Prepare documentation for new engineering procedures.
- Troubleshoot new and existing equipment problems involving designs, materials, and/or processes.
- Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
- Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve problems, maximize machine efficiency and reliability, and minimize cost.
- Confer with vendors staff and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.
- Estimate costs and effect of maintenance for management review, action and control.
- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules and making decisions about purchase of materials or services.
- Prepare budgets, expenses, costings, quotations, and contracts.
- Direct the negation of Engineering contracts.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Set technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Professional license (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Industrial), in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably an Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Engineering Mechanical/Automotive or its equivalent.
- Proven discipline and clean track record in preventive maintenance management.
