Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepare management recommendations, such as delivery or schedule changes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for transportation/delivery operations
- Responsible for preparing budgets and developing safety procedures Policies and procedures for transportation operations
- Coordinate or inspect repairs and maintains the electrical and mechanical allignment of machine of production areas.
- Coordinate or inspect and install heating, cooling and ventilation system of all departments.
- Report or update manager, director, president on accomplished tasks and downtime reports and provide solutions.
- Assist and monitor contractors in accomplishing work contract.
- Outsourcing of equipments and possible contractors, quotations for project proposals.
- To consistenly practice 5's (spare parts area, engineering workplace & office)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be electrical or mechanical engineer with supervisory experience
- Previous service experience is preferred
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution;
- Be familiar with the wiring of the power distribution and the national safety regulation;

Cindy's Bakery & Restaurant has been in operations since 1972. First established in Tarlac City, the company branched out to other cities in Pampanga, Pangasinan, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Cagayan Valley and Benguet. There are over 100 branches and dealerships to date.
