Collection Associate | Ortigas  

Responsible for reaching out via telephone to customers to collect payment for overdue loans. Acts as the liaison between the branches and customers in managing and curing overdue accounts.

• Assist in the generation of the callout list of people who have not made payments.
• Utilize computer systems and all other available resources to handle skip tracing.
• Prepares and distributes collection notices.
• Attempt to collect payment and set up visits/appointments to with the branches to agree on repayment plans and/or new terms of sale.
• Ensure records are updated if debt has been satisfied and recommend for write off for deceased clients.
• Generate reports for management.

• A graduate of any 4-year business related course preferably Accountancy.
• Any experience in banking and collections is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill, mature and dynamic. Resourceful, analytical and can work with less supervision.
• Excellent marketing and negotiation skills, computer literate and can drive 2w/4w vehicle and must have a driver’s license.
• Can work under pressure. Is able and willing to work overtime and travel.
