The Regulatory Compliance Officer ensures the Bank's full compliance with banking laws, applicable securities laws, and regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Assists the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing the Compliance Management Framework of the Bank;
- Monitors changes in laws and regulations, understand the impact of such laws and regulations or any amendment and ensures that the change management process of the Compliance Management Framework is properly carried and implemented; and
- Prepares management reports and develops training and communication materials.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Law or related course
- With at least 5 years relevant work experience in a bank setting
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to travel
