Branch Service Officer I Masbate  

The successful candidate shall be responsible for supervising day-to-day branch operations and service delivery, including proper observance of the Bank's Code of Conduct and other policies. He/she shall ensure:

• Compliance to regulations, bank policies (pass audits), Code of Conduct
• Zero operational losses (no losses due to frauds, irregularities, negligence & errors)
• Complaints management (all customer complaints/feedback are immediately addressed to the satisfaction of clients)
• Increased productivity in terms of cost reduction and waste elimination
• Adherence to premises standards

• Should have at least 1 year supervisory experience in cash and/or loan operations gained in a bank;
• Must be proficient in Windows-based programs such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
• Good leadership skills and willing to develop and train subordinates;
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in the local dialect.
