KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER is responsible for:
- Ensuring branch operations are executed in line with the strategic national plan for the account;
- Lead the training and development of direct reports;
- Maintaining appropriate coverage discipline to ensure business plan objectives are achieved;
- Maintaining and updating working file/information on customer hierarchy, key personnel movements, developments and information.
