Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Compliance Specialist shall provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Department. He/She shall assist the Chief Compliance Officer and AML Compliance Officer in developing, implementing, and maintaining the bank’s compliance programs to ensure conformity and adherence with all applicable laws and regulations. He/She also provides administrative support to the Corporate Governance Committee.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accounting, Law or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in banking compliance, legal or audit related field is required for this position
- Should be proficient in MS office, analysis and reporting, communication and presentation, business planning and management
- Experience working with regulators such as BSP is a plus
- Must be highly organized, keen eye on details and willing to travel
