Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Associate Legal Counsel shall provide legal services to the entire organization of the bank, its branches, and the corporation owned and/or controlled by it. He/She provides liaison assistance to all matters involving the bank as well as its subsidiaries and affiliated interest relating to franchise requirements such as government permits and authorities. He/She must keep up to date on relevant changes in laws and advise the organization accordingly.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree and Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam);
- At least 1 year work experience in the related field is required for this position;
- With good verbal and written communication skills;
- Able to provide effective legal representation within time constraints;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Willing to travel.
