Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage the daily work schedule and activities of the member.
- Initiate and implement plans for productivity and quality improvements.
- Monitor production activities to ensure production of quality products and delivery of goods based on the customers required time frame.
- Analyze production performance, quality records and customer complaints to detect and eliminate potential cause of non-conforming materials.
- Train and update operator's knowledge.
- Updates and monitor manpower time management record.
- Record and monitor subordinate's performance.
- Responsible for the product quality up and spoilage reduction.
- Make the process flow chart and work standard.
- Improve production processes and setting of the work standard.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any Engineering program/course;
- With at least 4 years related experience in Production as Leader/Supervisor;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good leadership skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
