Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Always researching, bringing forward, and implementing new findings and learnings on UI/UX design
- Work closely with Digital Channel Product Manager to turn new broad ideas and user requirements into something useful and valuable for users
- Design flows and experiences that are easy-to-use and personalized to users
- Responsible for the overall look and feel of the CIMB Bank PH mobile app, together with the help of Digital Channels team
- Create mockups, user flows, wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Run user testing workshops and guerrilla testing
- Develop UI guidebook / standard for CIMB Bank PH app
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Technical higher education background: BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of at least 3 years experience as UI/UX Designer
- Experience in UI/UX research and content writing are preferable
- Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Ability to think at a high level about product design strategy
- Good communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions
- Broad knowledge of design tools
- Strong, clean visual design sense
- Strong skills in typography and grids
- Must have a portfolio featuring examples of product design work
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
