- Provide timely and accurate reports to client and Indra.
- Secure approval for time report from client.
- Investigate and resolve incidents raised by SAP BPC users within the defined SLA
- Gather and analyze business requirements and design appropriate solutions, thru either configuration or enhancement of SAP BPC
- Test and ensure that enhancements do not cause other defects once it is moved to SAP production environment
- Create appropriate documentation required as required by client
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 3 years experience in SAP Flex RE.
- Proficient in MS Office application. Powerpoint and MS project experience is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Result oriented individual able to effectively manage multiple jobs on strict timelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team
