Sales Agent  

The Sales Agent's responsibility is to develop Local Distributors or Agents in the Philippine Region. He/she also in charge of the development of further sales channels through identifying and working with them as well as seting up a branch office at Philippine Region.

Target customer: Heavy construction equipment agent/dealer and/or a sub or general contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Develop CEEN-KATTOR products into the Philippine region.

  • Launching gantry/beam launcher
  • Derrick crane
  • Strand jack system
  • Incremental launching system
  • Vibratory hammer
  • RC drilling machine
• Develop contacts with local key companies including Design Institutes, Consultant firms, key end users, and contractors.
• Promote CEEN-KATTOR products through relevant channels, including exhibitions, advertising, and seminars as appropriate.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners for CEEN-KATTOR in the region, including both Distributor and Agents as appropriate.
• Carry out relevant training to both customers and distributor/agent partners.
• Provide timely reports on activities in the region.
• Monitor and provide feedback of competitors' activities.
• Liaise with other CEEN-KATTOR colleagues in China.

• Engineering or commercial related degree.
• Previously worked in a Civil Engineering company or through relevant employment in a similar type of company.
• At least 2 years of sales work experience in a Civil Engineering field.
• Sales skills to win the business in a competitive environment.
• English language capability.
  • Has Chinese large-scale state company background is better.
• Ability to work independently in the Region.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and honest.
• Preferably with driver's license and passport.
