Marketing and Communications Associate II  

The Marketing & Communications Associate 2 (MarCom2) is primarily responsible for design and creatives for Children’s Hour, which includes but is not limited to general collaterals, event collaterals, infographics, and merchandise. The MarCom2 also works closely with the Executive Director and Senior Marketing and Communications Associate to execute marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness and improve brand perception. The MarCom2 is expected and encouraged to think outside the box to produce creative, innovative, and impactful content.

The MarCom2 will be based at the CH office in Makati, but must be willing to travel around the country whenever needed.

Core responsibilities include:

• Design of online and offline collaterals
• Preparation of annual reports, newsletters, and related outbound communiques
• Management of Children’s Hour social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
• Event documentation and logistics support
• Assistance in PR and publicity
• Administrative functions include monitoring project budgets, research, and reports

• Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, information design, marketing and communications, and/or development studies. Fresh graduates are invited to apply.
• Experience with social media management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube).
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and related graphic design and editing software required.
• Experience in photography and video production preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel).
• Knowledge of Netsuite and/or Wordpress an advantage.
• Proven ability to handle multiple project simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with a creative orientation.
• General marketing experience desired.
