Accounting Assistant  

The Accounting Assistant is mainy reponsible for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables. Other tasks are as follows:

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
• Follow-up payments with clients.
• Attend to clients' queries.
• Record supplier's invoices.
• Record client's booking forms.
• Prepare monthly expense report.
• Maintain and monitor accounts records.
• Reconciliation of accounts.
• Achieve monthly collections target.
• Coordinate with clients outside the Philippines.
• Manage employees' attendance for details for payroll.
• Be responsible for day to day accounts such as screening applications, monitoring employee's attendance, and compliance to company policies, and other related/relevant tasks.

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or any equivalent course, field, or discipline.
• At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Analytical and systematic skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Good and versatile attitude.
• Adept with Microsoft Excel for recording of accounts.
• Motivated and can work under pressure.
• Able to handle, process, and record multiple clients' transactions.
• Must be ready to be invited for an exam and interview in our Ortigas Office asap.
