Provide support and assistance to the Vice President General Manager of the company in carrying out his daily program of activities, such as but not limited to;
- organization and management of documents, files, records,and schedules.
- implementing other programs of action of the Company, the Corporate Office, and other Business Units.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of a 4-year business or management degree from reputable schools;
- With pleasing personality;
- Minimum 2-years work experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent to Senior Management in a large and diverse company;
- Team player with good interpersonal communication skills;
- Resourceful and good in research and preparation of presentation materials;
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
