Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Trains the staff and direct them on their work procedures in areas of cash advance and liquidation, inventory management, petty cash reimbursement, intercompany-related transactions, and supplier payables (matching).
- Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries.
- Maintains and posts data to various ledgers, registers, journals, and logs following established accounting techniques and procedures of the small businesses of the company.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely closing of books at month-end and year-end of the small businesses of the company.
- Prepares and direct the preparation of audits, financial statements and varied fiscal reports of the small businesses of the company.
- Responsible for the payroll computation and payment of PAIC.
- Monitors the financial activity of capital expenditure and prepares Capital expenditure report of the CPG Group.
- Monitors and support government –mandated report requirements (BIR, SEC, Local district) for the small businesses of the company.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Graduate of BS in Accountancy
- Preferably with at least 3 years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice.
- Must be a CPA license
