- Reporting directly to the Board of Directors
- Acts as a liaison with home owners, contractors, security providers, service companies and other GPCC staffs in organizing maintenance inside GPCC, which includes everything from the maintenance of the surroundings to the pool areas, basketball areas, club house areas, GPCC office, other facilities within GPCC.
- Enforcement of policy and procedures, reporting, and some minor HR and administrative functions.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 3 years experience within a building or subdivision or village property maintenance role
- At least a college graduate, computer literate
- Maturity and confidence in dealing with difficult issues or conflicts
- Strong communication and people skills
- An assertive self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
