Accounting Assistant  

Our client in Bonifacio Global City is in need of an accounting assistant who will be responsible for handling the day-to-day functions of the accounts payable and receivable areas.

Responsibilities:

• Check, verify and process invoices
• Prepare payments for signature
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Code, post and receipt payments
• Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
• Perform all necessary account, bank, and other reconciliations
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Perform other tasks as deemed appropriate

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or equivalent programs
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience as an accountant preferably with an FMCG company
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Good communication skills
• Must be willing to work in Taguig
