- Responsible for the overall supervision of the efficient operation of electrical and mechanical equipment such as air conditioning, plumbing, sanitation, technical product service, monitoring of drivers and building facilities;
- Ensures the maintenance of cleanliness and attractiveness of the common areas in accordance with the Company standards and leads maintenance personnel in the Operations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any equivalent course
- 2-3 years of Supervisory experience, licensed engineers is an advantage
- With PCO Training is an edge
- Good Communication skills
- Keen to details
- Ability to Multi-task
