- Take responsibility for Charter Business and logistics behind charter operations.
- Attain charter revenue targets by seeking potential charter accounts.
- Handle negotiation of charter agreements.
- Coordinate charter requirements with other departments as needed.
- Provide reports and constantly communicate regarding the status of charter accounts performance versus sales / revenue targets and market shares objectives.
- Discuss key issues / opportunities to achieve revenue target by way of acquiring charter accounts.
- Recommend appropriate action.
- Identify the important resources in the attainment of set sales / revenue targets and market share objectives for recommendation and approval.
- Formulate remedial action to be implemented in case of non-attainment of set sales / revenue target and market share objectives.
- Perform other related assignments that may be assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Economics, Business Administration, and Tourism.
- At least 5 years of Sales experience.
- Proficient in MS office and Distribution Systems.
- Exposure to travel industry organizations and associations will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Can speak and write Chinese (fluent).
- Strong leadership competencies.
- Well adept in project management and sales strategies.

Cebu Pacific Air (PSE: CEB) entered the aviation industry on March 1996 and pioneered the “low fare, great value” strategy. We have since then flown over 130 million passengers and counting.
CEB is the largest carrier in the Philippine air transportation industry, offering low-cost services to more destinations and routes with higher flight frequency within the Philippines than any other airline.
