Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Preparation of check vouchers and payments for trade and non-trade payables meeting terms of payment, ensuring on-time payments of monthly recurring bills, dues, taxes, and local, charges on importations.
- On time payment of budgets, reimbursements, liquidations, and other related employee benefits released within three (3) days processing period.
- On time processing and uploading electronic payments of payroll, premium and loan remittances, taxes, incentives, and commissions, reimbursements of other employee deductions, loan, fund transfers, and other related matters.
- Responding to vendor inquiries on the status of payment, charging and issuance of a certificate of taxes, withheld on purchases, to employees on status of budgets and reimbursements; resolve common problem and issues.
- Set of trade payables generated from Material Control Inventory. (IDM)
- Strict maintenance and monitoring of series checks printed on hand.
- Ensures that vouchers/checks prepared/forwarded to treasury for the day is complete and correct.
- Maintain an updated and organized filing of vouchers.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Banking, and Finance, or equivalent.
- Has an exemplary interpersonal skill and with good written and oral communication abilities.
- With above average skill in working with Microsoft Excel.
- With at least one (1) year work experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
