Accounting Assistant | Tax  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible in all accounting control procedures, system monitoring, recording and reporting all transactions of the company and maintaining the records of the supporting documents.
• Post and prepared the voucher for journal entries for accrued expenses and other adjustments subject for review of accounting manager.
• Preparation and filing of the following;
• Expanded withholding tax
• Withholding tax on Compensation
• Monthly and Quarterly tax
• Quarterly and annual Income Tax
• Alpha list of employees
• Annual Registration
• Renewal of Business Permit
• Responsible for maintaining all the records related to tax matters.
• Transactions with BIR and LGU personnel during annual registrations, filing, tax mapping and audit.
• Ensures complience of the company with relevant government requirements.
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned by Accounting Manager/Supervisor from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
• Willing to do fieldwork
