Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process.
- Source for qualified candidates from Rank and File/Staff, up to Managerial Level using different recruitment tool.
- Monitor the Manpower Request Forms of the company versus the manpower request of requisitioning departments.
- Schedule applicant’s interviews with HR and Requisitioning department up to COO/President.
- Prepare job offers and Employee Action Memo of new hires.
- Create, maintain, and upkeep 201 files of new hires and resigned employees.
- Prepare and monitor HR Monthly report- Recruitment.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- With at least one (1) year experience.
- Fresh graduated with good scholastic records are welcome to apply.
