As the Executive Assistant/ Secretary, the primary responsibilities will be to:
- Assist the group president for coordination on her daily meetings
- Answer telephone calls from clients and suppliers
- Accomplish regular written reports (daily, weekly) as required
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Perform inventory recording and management
- Assist managers and sales staff on operation matters
- Do internet research on necessary materials for presentation purposes

- Must be independent, professional, and have initative
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- At least college level/ bachelor's degree
- Willing to work overtime
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Powerpoint
