- Manage the implementation team such as customer’s assignment, timeline and SLA setting
- Analyze customer's business process and requirement
- Work closely with marketing division to identify client needs and control follow up activities
- Gathering feedback through follow up and thorough communication with customers
- Create draft contracts, negotiate terms and ensure a smooth handover to development team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field
- Age maximum 35 years
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Having exceptional logical thinking and great attention in detail -
- Highly initiative to work under minimum supervision
