In Cartenz, we strongly value reliability and transparency in cultivating our working environment. We’re seeking for high performing personnels who will be taking responsibilities to:
- Hold accountable in advancing everything forward from planning to implementation by ensuring the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the project
- Execute routine administrative duties, like minute taking, and also responsible to the success of the project
- Take charge in monitoring and maintaining project schedules and budget, preparing progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders
- Direct management with the project manager by planning projects and managing risks and issues.
- Supervise in logging and analyze information on the progress of the project, using Excel and other Bespoke databases.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduated from reputable universities with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferable.
- Solid understanding of IT product/project development cycle.
- Prior experience in handling communication with 3rd party/partner.
- Outstanding communication skills, personality and positive attitude.
- Perform excellent results under pressure and minimum supervision.
- Detail-oriented and proficient writing skills.
