General Transcriptionist  

The transcriber and data entrist will entail the following job description. This job also calls for great teamwork, punctuality, and the ability to multi-task. We're looking for a strong team player who can excel in not just one specific skill but can also help improve his/ her department.

• Transcribe audio and video from various speakers
• Minutes taking
• Participate in team meetings & Summarizing extensive board meetings
• Document and report daily work to supervisor
• Web research
• Learn other skills relevant to improving his/ her craft; such as data mining, data entry, and other technical skills

We're looking for a transcriber who has relevant experience in this field. The transcriber will also help in other administrative and research tasks in the company which is supplementary to his/ her work, such as data entry and minutes-taking. The ideal candidate is passionate about his job and is willing to learn new technologies to make his/ her job more proficient.

Some qualifications we're looking for are the following:

• Typing speed of at least 70 wpm
• Highly experienced in using a transcription foot pedal
• Highly experienced with online transcription tools
• Great listening and comprehension skills
• Great command of understanding the English language
• Great communication skills
• Knowledge in MS Office and Gsuite services
• Easily adaptable with new online tools
