HR Operations Head  

SUMMARY:

The HR Operations Department Head shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations of HR operational functions specifically human capital planning, acquisition, the management and monitoring of personnel movements, HR systems, analytics, audit, and knowledge management. Ensures that all relevant policies, procedures and standards related to area of responsibility are established, kept updated and consistently implemented.

Major responsibilities:

• Manpower planning and forecasting.
• Recruitment, employment, and personnel movements.
• Management of HR systems, analytics, and audit.
• Vendor management.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment and selection, policy development and implementation, and management of HR systems and analytics as well as in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• With the following knowledge and skills:
  • Interviewing and sourcing.
  • Psychological test interpretation.
  • Time and motion study.
  • Workforce planning approaches and techniques.
  • Business analysis.
  • File system and development.
  • Financial reporting.
  • Business writing.
