Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Reports to Production/ Planning Superintendent
- Coordinates daily production activities in a company to facilitate high-level productivity.
- Take the full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes
- Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy
- Always be around during production to monitor workers’ activities, providing solutions to problems encountered and examining the nature of work done, to check for quality.
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Coordinate with equipment and process teams and ensure compliance with all protocols and maintain product quality.
- Maintain and provide support to all 5-S program and prepare a training program for all production personnel like HACCP and GMP program.
- Assures that proper PPE’s of all production personnel is being properly used at all times inside the production area.
- Prepare for the daily production report
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate in any five (5) Engineering course
- Knowledgeable in HACCP and GMP standards
- Minimum of two (2) years on food processing industry and knowledge in coconut processing is an advantage
- Have a strong leadership to direct, organize and control for the common goal of the company
- Can work under pressure in a fast pace environment and in shifting schedule.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
