- Email marketing: Writing content, working with designers to craft beautiful designs, set up campaigns and analye tests.
- In-app notifications and messaging: Working with third party tools to craft content for in-app onboarding flows, feature alerts, notifications and more.
- Working with data: Collecting and analysing data from various sources such as churn surveys and app store feedback. Understanding customer behaviour and using it to inform marketing campaigns.
- Working with designers: Working with designers to turn an idea into a beautifully executed campaign.
- In-app content: Keeping the Canva app looking fresh and relevant by updating the layouts weekly.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Previous professional experience in a related/relevant function
- Proven capacity to develop highly effective data-driven marketing campaigns
- Experience working with mobile & data tools such as Sensor Tower, Google analytics and Amplitude, email clients, mobile A/B testing is ideal
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage/prioritise one’s workload
- Excellent grasp of the English language — technically strong with a flair for short content writing
- Must be a strategic-thinker who thrives on solving problems to create best customer experience
- Detail-oriented and highly-adaptable: you must be able to create campaigns from data, and be ready to alter them should they not work
- Having a passion for creativity and an eye for design is an edge
