To complete sales based analytical tasks for the Sales Assistant (title TBC) to support our Australian based sales team engage and sell to our target market.
Responsibilities:
- Provide reporting and analysis of existing client order history to Sales Assistant (title TBC)
- Trading history of the Customer
- Monthly customer performance review
- Identify gaps in budget and guide sales person to actions to close gaps
- Support the finance team with the sales budget preparation
- Support the sales team with enquires
- Financial and analytical support of the product managers
- Reviewing contracts and proposals from finance point of view
- Monthly sales performance report
- Monthly/Weekly/Ad hoc sales report preparation
- Supporting the Manila finance team if needed
- Monitor the product cost prices vs competitors’ prices
- Prepare and supply customer activity cheat sheets
- Strong excel skills are required
- Experience with Australian working environment is an advantage
- SQL/Tableau (or other BI software) background would be an advantage

- At least with 2 years experience
- Efficiency in delivering task

- Advance knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, Words, and Powerpoint)
