Quality Analyst  

Job Summary:

• This role will suit an IT graduate with experience as a QA Analyst. The role involves working with our Software Development team and other business stakeholders to ensure our team is delivering error free software that conforms to our internal standards and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a requirements as liaising with key stakeholders of projects to ensure business requirements are met and that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved is key to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with and determine stakeholder requirements.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Consult with software development team.
• Organize solutions for User Acceptance Testing.
• Validate that user expectations are achieved.
• Document the user requirements, testing processes, and features are developed.
• Gain an understanding in the existing systems.
• Participate in improving the department’s processes.

• IT graduate.
• Experience as a QA Analyst.
• Experience with developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Automated testing experience - Selenium scripting experience will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency.
• Knowledge of SQL will be highly regarded.
• Familiarity with web based technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Attention to detail.
• Organised methodical work style.
• Understanding of concepts in unit testing, test scripting, and boundary cases.
• Ability to interpret business requirements.
