Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist the HR and Admin department in the conduct of HR and Admin functions among the employees of the company
- Maintain, safekeep and ensure confidentiality of departmental and employee records and reports
- Conduct initial interview of applicants
- Attend job fair and other recruitment venues
- Proceess employment documents of new hires
- Conduct exit interview of separated rank and file and supervisory level employees
- Initiate employee relations programs and activities
- Performs all other duties and responsibilities that may be assiged by the Managment from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Business Administration major in Management
- Minimum One (1) Year Work Experience
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
