Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales & Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
- Monitor construction, improvement and/or renovation of franchise outlets to ensure that design and lay-out is within company and concept standards
- Coordinate with appropriate agencies and departments (both internal and external) in the preparation of necessary documentation with the launching of outlet, orientation and/or training of assigned personnel
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or it's equivalent
- Proven work experience as a traditional marketing, Digital media specialist or Digital marketing field
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum Three (3) Years Work Experience in the same or related capacity and industry
- Above Average Communication, Presentation, Analytical, Planning, Marketing, Negotiation, Influencing and Interpersonal Skills, Customer-Service Oriented.
- Proven Track Record in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent Leadership and Management Skills
