- Develop and manage marketing and operational strategies for integrated fleet financing to achieve sales targets
- Establish a strong network with professionals to clients and dealers
- Ensure the operation in department alines with standard operation procedure
- Ensure all team members are continuously on track to hit their target by monitoring their performance, by monitoring individual performance against business goals
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (B2B Marketing Relationship Manager).
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager level
- Good Problem solving Skill
- Excellent Communication Skill, Fluent in English both Verbal & Writing
- Intermediate presentation & negotiation skills
- Driven, results-oriented, and have a huge passion in marketing
- Tech-savvy and fluent in using Ms. Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience in Banking Industry will be preferred
