HR Associate  

The HR Associate is tasked to ensure effective communication within the organization. The individual will also handle events and recruitment as needed.

Communication

• Implementation of internal and external communication strategies relating to employee experience, company culture, benefits, compensation, recruiting, talent, and executive announcements/ presentations.
• Write, edit, and proof various communications and content as needed, including but not limited to intranet content, internal announcements, recruitment, and other informational content.
• Proof and edit various HR communications, messages, and employee-related documents for clarity and consistency; ensure all communications are aligned with HR/ corporate brand identity

Events Management

• Organizing and identifying opportunities to improve employees according to organization’s need and direction.

Sourcing and Recruitment

• Source and identify potential talents for the company’s requirementsThe HR Associate is tasked to ensure effective communication within the organization. The individual will also handle events and recruitment as needed.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related course
• Technologically proficient
• High proficiency in the English language
• Work requires professional written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in writing collaterals and executive messages
• Ability to communicate and interact with C-level personnel
• Work requires independence and initiative
