Accounting Internal Auditor  

The Accounting Internal Auditor is primarily responsible for the accuracy of sales, inventory and pull-out report for all Manila / Provincial areas (concession). Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Record the following per brand, department, and concession stores:
  • Total actual sales remittance
  • Total actual inventory
  • Total actual pull-out
• Provide the data for scheduling of store audit to the Manila and Provincial Auditors.
• Monthly generate sales remittances over/under tara.
• Manually compute remittances (quantity).
• Verify store discrepancies for promo clearances.
• Analyze and review actual collection versus concession stores remittance.
• Coordinate with Internal & External Auditor on audit schedule.
  • Keep internal and external audit report and results.
• Coordinate with Sales Department and Human Resources Management Department if discrepancy arises.

• Basic knowledge and understanding of the accounting process, techniques and tools, as well as how to apply them appropriately.
