Responsible for ensuring that the Standard’s principles are sustained and manifested in the Company’s programs

Coordinate with various heads concerning changes in targets and objectives

• Responsible for conduct of management review

• Status of corrective actions and preventive actions that might affect the system e.g. changes to standards, legislation, technology, business activities
• Suitability of previous review outcomes and actions
• Responsible for preparing requirements for 3rd party audit and action plans related to audit findings;
• Supervises work of Internal Quality Auditor and Document Controller;
• Responsible for maintaining continual improvement programs;
• Responsible for establishing yearly work schedule to ensure that requirements of the Standards are met;
• Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established;
• Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area; and
• Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time

• Certificate of Intenal Auditing Or QMS Certification
• Graduate of Industrial Engineering
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
