- Responsible for creating brand strategies such as positioning, scheduling and deciding on the selling platform
- Responsible for creating and developing new products and improving existing products
- Responsible in creating brand collection guide for specific season/month
- Coordinates with SO, RS, SIO in developing specific marketing activities for each product to increase sale
- Conduct research and study on market trends and customer behavior
- Constantly attuned with the latest and future market trends related to the brand
- Assist in developing online marketing activities
- Develop activities to increase brand awareness among target market
- Conceptualizes marketing plan/efforts to increase market share and generate brand awareness
- Responsible in thinking of new licensing opportunities as well as handling coordination with the licensing agencies.
- Responsible in updating Product Knowledge Training (PKT) as necessary based on new product development
- May conduct product trainings to orient sales department on new product innovations.
- Coordinate with third party suppliers as necessary in developing new items
- Implement improvement in the process for more efficient operations.
- Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established;
- Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area; and
- Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time.

- Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related course
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
- Must be familiar with manufacturing industry
- Has skills in graphic designing, social media managing and content writing.
