Duties:

• Work closely with Senior Project Managers across the entire project lifecycle

• Managing the production of small to large scale AI projects and assist the Senior Project Manager in the Project process design and implementation, including:

AI Calibration process
Documentation of all internal guidelines and project-related documentation
Workforce management (resources allocation, forecasting, hiring, and training)
Progress reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
QA process outlining and execution
Client Engagement

• High-growth technology startups

• Sectors: (a) Blockchain/crypto (b) AI/Machine Learning (c) SaaS

• Decentralized companies with headquarters in US, Western Europe, and others

Trình độ tối thiểu

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years experience as a Project Manager on Tech, Digital Agency, Gaming, Consulting, or IT sectors

• Design thinking, ability to continuously break and design processes

• Completely hands-on

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and PMBOK.

• With a sense of Project ownership.
