Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Perform site planning, monitoring, and implementation.
- Coordinate with Foremen for daily activities of the site.
- Supervise manpower and equipment.
- Prepare and check daily accomplishment of the site.
- Prepare and execute manpower, machine hours, and materials schedule.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience in horizontal construction such as site preparation, road concreting, and others.
- On-site job experience
- Well versed and capable in estimation and bid preparation.
- Competent with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
