- Devise and manage cost-efficient sourcing strategies.
- Find trustworthy and quality suppliers to initiate business and organization partnerships.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
- Review and ensure all significant contracts including necessary specifications.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
- Build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Previous practice in a similar capacity.
- Preferably with significant certificate / diploma.
- Expertise of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Proven skills in negotiations and networking.
- Proven capability to work well under pressure and in conformity with strict budget and deadlines.
- Good expertise of supplier or third party management software.
- Fluency in English and Filipino.
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
- Proven practice in collecting and analyzing data.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
